Luxury Real Estate Showcased at Pebble Beach Car Show
Christie’s International Real Estate and our Affiliates Luxe Platinum Properties, Special Properties Real Estate Services, and Hilton & Hyland sponsored a suite in the Rolls Royce Villa at last week’s Pebble Beach Automotive Week in California. The sponsorship was a resounding success and increased our network's brand awareness on an unparalleled international scale. Guests at Thursday’s gala dinner received a gift bag with our magazines and marketing collateral, including a real estate booklet designed especially for the event. Looking to Help After Hurricane Harvey?
As devastation from Hurricane Harvey continues to be felt throughout the Southeast United States, we are happy to report that our Affiliates in the area are safe—though the city of Houston faces serious challenges over the coming weeks and months. If you wish to help, Houston Affiliate Nan and Company Properties launched a webpage to support Flood Relief for Houston. Donations will help purchase clothing, food, and goods for families in need. Austin Affiliate Moreland Properties has arranged a giving campaign, offering to match up to $5,000 in gifts donated to the American Red Cross. Houston Food Bank, Direct Relief, and Save the Children are additional outlets raising funds for disaster relief.

Recent Sales Successes
A Nantucket-style estate on half an acre in Manhattan Beach, California, sold for US$20 million, the second-largest residential sale historically in the South Bay community. Dave and Jennifer Caskey of Strand Hill represented the buyer and the seller (above left).

In Oregon, a resort-style estate situated on nearly 5 private acres overlooking the Willamette River and Mount Hood sold for US$6.65 million. The buyer was represented by Luxe Platinum Properties (above right).
