Sibarth Real Estate Unveils New Contemporary Office
Sibarth Real Estate has opened a state-of-the-art agency on the waterfront in Gustavia, St. Barthelemy. Strategically located in the most sought-after shopping area of town, the new office will provide clients with comfort, convenience, and unrivaled real estate services, while enhancing the firm’s brand recognition. Well-known local architect Johannes Zingerle and his Design Affairs team completed the interior design of the new space (above left).

Ivestor Jackson Hosts Wine Tasting Event
Seventy-five guests attended a wine tasting at two magnificent Ivester Jackson properties in the Southpark neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. Executive Director Rick Moeser presented on the state of the global luxury real estate market and Christie’s Wine Specialist Noah May spoke about the Old World and New World chardonnays and pinot noirs being tasted (top image above).

Private Collection of Prints Seen at La Maison De Verre
Led by Christie’s Print Specialist Lindsay Griffith, VIP guests enjoyed an exclusive tour of the collection of Rysia de Ravel d’Esclapon. The works are housed in her Princeton, New Jersey, estate, the spectacular La Maison de Verre, represented by Gloria Nilson & Co (lower-left image above).

Long & Foster’s Luxury Alliance Visits Christie’s NY 
Christie’s International Real Estate’s New York headquarters hosted Long & Foster Real Estate executives Jeff Detwiler, Boomer Foster, and Duane Giglia, along with sixty-five top agents from its Luxury Alliance group. The two-day training included a property tour of a significant NYC development, a tour of the auction house, and a presentation given by Christie’s International Real Estate representatives, including CEO Dan Conn, and Christie's Chairman Emeritus, Stephen Lash (lower-right image above).

Recent Sales Successes
In April, The Edie Goetz Estate in Holmby Hills, California, sold for US$40.8 million. The property was listed by Jeff Hyland and Drew Fenton of Hilton and Hyland, and the buyer was brought by Linda May, also of Hilton & Hyland (above left).
