Just one month after welcoming Oceano Homes to the Christie’s International Real Estate network, more expansion is underway in the Caribbean.   

Today, we are excited to share the news that Christie’s International Real Estate US Virgin Islands has opened a new office on St. Croix, establishing the network’s first bricks-and-mortar presence on the island. 

Located in the historic downtown of Christiansted, the largest town on St. Croix, the office will be managed by Jill Cherubin, a top-producing local agent coming over from Coldwell Banker St. Croix Realty, part of the Schmidt Family of Companies. The St. Croix office is joining Christie’s International Real Estate US Virgin Islands’ existing location in St. Thomas. 

While the brokerage has been active on St. Croix for many years, the new office will create greater opportunities for growth as the island sees increased interest among luxury buyers.
